Bruno and his wife serve a fresh daily menu with genuine care and creativity. Starters like tiger prawns, beet salad, and salmon carpaccio are refined and flavorful, while the Swiss rotisserie chicken is simply one of the best- buttery, juicy, and unforgettable. We finished off with a hazelnut ice cream paired with peaches and nut brittle—a perfect ending. The wine selections were spot-on throughout, complementing each dish beautifully. Good humour from the boss and staff, special chef’s menu (it was perfect for me because I had no dietary restriction), and the recommended wine in the restaurant made my dining experience very special. Besides, The restroom in the restaurant in my opinion is the best-in-the-world, with beautiful flowers and very elegant scent, because the owner put in thoughts and efforts into the little details.
